Jeffrey A. Taylor, PhD, is a social scientist and Principal Research Associate with 12 years of experience in research and program evaluation. He conducts policy research and program evaluations for several clients, including DOL, USDA, VA, and SSA. Taylor is an expert in the design, management, and implementation of impact and implementation studies. His work prior to 趣赢平台 focused on impact evaluations of workforce development, education, and veteran and transitioning service member programs. He has authored numerous publications, technical reports, and presentations during his career.
Taylor has extensive experience with quantitative research and evaluation methodology. His work includes research and evaluation studies relying on methodologies such as multivariate regression, hierarchical linear modeling, event history analysis, randomized controlled trials and estimation of treatment effects, and propensity score matching and analysis.
